1/2 cup uncooked Cavena Naked Oats
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
3/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp. sugar
1 small pinch of salt
Fully cook oats according to package directions in heavy saucepan. Drain. Add to saucepan of drained oats, honey, butter, cinnamon, milk and raisins. Heat to boiling, then simmer on low until desired consistency, stirring often. This should take 12 -15 minutes. Divide between 4 custard cups. Cool slightly and top with almonds. Serve warm or cold.
In small fry pan, combine almonds, salt and sugar. Cook over low heat until sugar melts, coats and slightly browns almonds. Stir constantly. remove from heat and cool. Crumble over tops of pudding.
