1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced (or more to taste)
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped1/2 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp dill
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
pinch of pepper
1 1/2 cups hot Cavena, cooked per directions
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Heat oil in heavy pan. Add minced garlic, spinach, onion, celery, vinegar and seasonings. Cook approximately 5 minutes. Add the cooked Cavena. Heat thoroughly for 3-4 minutes. Combine cheeses and sprinkle on top. Cover and heat till parmesan melts.
Drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon wedges just prior to serving.
